Joined after seeing a Facebook advert for six week challenge. I was a bulging size 10, was struggling to get into my clothes and had really low confidence with my body and looks. My aim was to get back to a size 8 and become more confident with my body. The fitness program was really good, 3 x 30 minute sessions a week, Ken and Jemma are supportive and keep you motivated, workouts change week to week so are never boring, along with training, correct guidance and making a few alterations to my diet within a few weeks I was on track and 6 weeks later not only have I manged to get into my size 8 clothes again I'm happier, much more confident and stronger both physically and mentally. When I started I couldn't event do 1 single full press up and now I can do 24!!! I recommend these guys and big Thank You. x
